I just got off the phone with the receptionist. I found her to be slightly abrupt and I didn't appreciate how I was being talked to. On my end there were some things that I could have clarified before calling. I do not feel as though the way she spoke to me was professional. I felt as if I was treated like I didn't know what I was talking about. It was good that she asked me if I needed to reschedule, however, it seemed she lacked some other customer service skills. Dr. Broghammer and staff were always super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

I normally hate drug tests or physicals, but the workers were absolutely wonderful to work with.
