I was dealing with a broker named Ashpreet, i first inquired in August 9 i sent in all documents requested by August 14 the broker said they would get back to me i inquired a few times after then September 20 the broker said she would reach put to me by the 23, but they have since go radio silence i have sent several messages and no answer from the broker, now have my mortgage renewal coming up on October 31 and i am left rushing to get a mortgage thanks to this firm, very unprofessional. i do not recommend this firm.
