I hired them to complete my process service for small claims court. They took my money and never served the paperwork. They never contacted me to explain anything I had to call them over and over to get an explanation before they admitted he forgot about it after taking my money.
*Update*: The owner’s response to my review is false and untrue because I have never requested any additional services or out-of-scope work. This is the first time I hear of this after 2 years. I have multiple receipts for their services, which one of them I paid for by credit card and another service I paid for later by Zelle.
