The bus drivers never show up on time ever. They are not professional and courteous as they should be. This entire organization needs to be revamped because the lack of consideration for the people who actually depend on the bus for transportation is insane. They need another bus for the Nedrow route. 1hr 20min wait is too much. It's unfair that the James St line has three busses, but Nedrow has one. Also, they need to think about others living so far from the bus line.

Service is absolutely HORRIBLE and lacks professionalism. Waiting a bus for more than half an hour or 1 hour are quite common, and some drivers just ignore you and drive away. Many route has too many detours and stops that take more time. It is extremely difficult to travel without such inconvenient bus.
