This train station isn't very well maintained and it's not in a very nice part of town, but the staff were super kind and helpful. They even gave me a ticket to an earlier train when I arrived at the station earlier than expected. Amtrak made for a really easy option for getting between Syracuse and Utica. The journey was very smooth, and we arrived in Utica earlier than scheduled.
Centro is horrible, from 20 minute late busses to rude as drivers, notice they have no community meetings
If I could give this bus station a horrible review I would! I have tried to reach out, after I made a complaint. I took a picture of the bus license, with the exact time and location after the bus almost hit me with me and newborn in it! Do you know how scary this is? I was told by someone that wasn’t enough evidence to pull the tapes. ARE you serious??? So you just dismiss me??
