Way to many people on the James Street bus I caught home, had to keep telling people to settle down and physically shoved a guy who almost fell off me, never again! Lyft and Uber to the rescue!
Great place to catch train or bus with shops not just vending machines.
This is the worst bus company I have ever dealt with and I’m not from here. Buses are always late will cause you to miss your next and then act like it’s their fault. I have buses drive pass me and my babies at the bus stop like we are completely invisible. This company is a complete embarrassment to the city of Syracuse
