I was dealing with a stolen card and fraudulent charges and was repeatedly told I would ‘100% get my money back’ and receive follow-up calls that never happened. Very disappointing communication and customer service.

Centris is a nice bank with great people working here. Being a regional chain they are consistent with service and services.
I absolutely adore this branch especially Jos at the drive through....she is beautiful, helpful, knowledgeable, and truly kind. I appreciate this branch being so close to my home. Centria has been so good to me. Thank you
