I've been with this bank for almost 30 years and obviously been happy with them to stay this long. But their new phone system is complete trash. It is entirely automated with no option to talk with a representative. And the options they have selected the stupid robot to give us doesn't even come close to covering the best topics. Good place to bank...workers are very friendly and smart.
Staff are always very kind and courteous when we go here they are always helpful with any of the questions that we have on how to do something. Last time I was there with my mom, we asked a question on how to do auto bill pay for my mom as she is getting older and forgetting to pay bills, they offered to walk us through on my mom's device, so that we could set it up.
