I went to deposit $280 in cash, when I got home and checked the receipt only $260 was deposited. Never coming to this branch again
Jonelle Clark helped me with thoroughness and patience and gave high quality customer service. She deserves a shoutout. I definitely recommend Centris. All staff that Tuesday were very kind and accomodating too.
Try to avoid banking here I notified corporate because an African American lady with dreads that works there is sitting there being disrespectful and rude and telling certain individuals bank transfers to others. I don’t even know her. So try to avoid this bank. They have messy individuals that are not being held accountable for their actions. Go bank somewhere else. There are some sad, miserable human beings that’s not holding every group accountable. I even tried to go a different route to avoid her and she is still messy.... read more
