I applied for a HELOC with Centris Bank through Jessica Rocha. Initially, she was responsive, but after the first week, she completely stopped replying to my emails and never returned my calls. It’s now the 6th week, and I’ve received no updates whatsoever. Jessica ran my credit, which negatively impacted my score — and for absolutely no reason.
