I just learned they SHUT OFF my debit card without telling me, and they are CLOSED on the weekends, so now I am left WITHOUT MY MONEY. As soon as monday rolls around, I will be closing my account with these clowns, I'm absolutely SICK of the horrible treatment and AWFUL customer service. Not open on Saturday's...what is with that?sat is the only day I can get into town..I miss proctor federal credit union already.
Turned off courtesy pay last year after being charged $30 overdraft fee. Apparently at some point they re enabled it without my consent or knowledge. Ended up over drafting when I thought my card would be declined when I had insufficient funds. Centricity Credit Union ended up charging me at least 20 times when every time my card should have declined per the written form they have on file. Do not use Centricity Credit Union. They will lie to you and re enable services they said they have disabled.

Horrible card services I like that they print the cards right in house but I told them I was going to make a large purchase online authorize the large purchase through my text with the fraud department and then they still declined my card that I use for business while I was at the hardware purchasing something for peanuts got a text telling me to call had to be put on hold and go through all the BS to find out it was my large purchase online holding up my card as if I had never even authorized it in the first place not the f... read more
