Had nothing but issues with cards from them. I've got a new one not even a day later everything's declined few days later it works and yet again it's blocked me from useing it.
Won the 4 #'s Mega Millions went up to Virginia MN to claim the $2500 went to Superior branch to deposit it OMG they put a 5 day hold on the check, I guess the lottery writes bad checkes and doesn't have millions in there account, what a joke, when it was Hermantown CreditUnion it was a lot better I was so excited of my winnings thanks for bumming me out

not a great place to keep your money or do business. one time, I showed up to deposit and had $2 in coins and i got screamed at that i had to GO INSIDE AND USE THE CHANGE MACHINE. and that's all i will remember about this place.
A few unauthorized charges appeared on my account. My assisting representative, January, was so kind and personable. She helped me execute a solution; much gratitude for her service!
