Mobile bank app never has worked well. And I can be in my hometown and have thousands in my account and they will fraud alert for a loaf of bread and a gallon of milk. Constantly having to reset my mobile app and now it’s a system wide failure that they let us know is happening but not helping customers access their accounts. Had nothing but issues with cards from them. I've got a new one not even a day later everything's declined few days later it works and yet again it's blocked me from useing it. Again im locked out of all my accounts as of 1-29-26. 3 years in a row. Highly do not recommend unless they fix their online banking.
I just learned they SHUT OFF my debit card without telling me, and they are CLOSED on the weekends, so now I am left WITHOUT MY MONEY. As soon as monday rolls around, I will be closing my account with these clowns, I'm absolutely SICK of the horrible treatment and AWFUL customer service.
