I had an extremely disappointing experience at this bank’s drive-through. The tellers displayed unprofessional behavior, engaging in gossip and spreading false information about customer interactions. A bank should be a place of business, not a setting for personal drama. Tellers are there to assist customers, not to take offense when mistakes happen and create unnecessary conflict. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable and should be addressed immediately.
Never again will I finance anything through Centric. Spent 4 hours on the phone last month waiting to get someone on phone. Never got a call back. Ended up having to get a family member to drop a check off since I'm out of state for work. Here we are a month later and it says I can't pay my loan through the app (make it make sense.) I login to website to pay my loan and it says I owe double my normal monthly payment (I've never missed a payment ever.) If you like to travel out of your home state Centric is not the bank for you ! Currently stuck in a different state and can’t get home because they locked my card and won’t be able to unlock it until tomorrow morning ! When I do make it home I’m removing all of my funds this is the 3rd time I went out of town and can’t access my money on a VACATION! If I could rate 0 stars I would !!!
This new update is garbage. Can’t download the app on my phone. Can’t check my account. Been trying to get in touch with someone for two days and nothing. Been on hold multiple times for over an hour and still nobody. Changing banks as soon as I get back in town. This is sad. I have been a cup here for 20 years and the last year the customer service is horrible. Will never call you back on anything.
