It is absolutely ridiculous how hard it is to get someone on the phone with this company. There is no reason there should be almost 20 people in line to speak with human being. There is an option to leave a call back number but the one time I’ve done that they never called me back. Don’t get me started on how many times they have locked my debit card for no reason or their online banking is down.
Great on most days. Try not to go on friday. Long lines, they keep the customers bunched up at the exit door while there is plenty of room all over the lobby, and its hot at the entrance where they make you wait.
Samantha Leonard was very awesome and easy to deal with. She made this process fast and simple. Definitely one of the best banks I have dealt with and I deal with alot being in the car business. If your looking for a loan this is definetly a 5 star bank to deal with 💪
