Im a new customer and im not liking it. I hate the login process on the app with that text to get a password of letters. If anything knows how to copy and paste those letters please let me know. I think I’m going to switch banks.
I give 1 star because of a horrible employee (Shelby) that works there. I did a partial payment and she personally froze my account. I will not be using this bank again. 9 years I’ve used this bank and has NEVER missed a payment.
