cela fait 9 jours que je suis alleé porter mon appareil auditif au bout de 7 jours on me la redonner en me disant qu il fonctionnait mais ce n était pas le cas.j ai du appeler 3fois pour une réponse que je n ai pas eu,je suis aller reporter mon appareil et on devait me rappeler pour que j explique le probleme,cela n a pas eu lieu o9n est vendredi le centre est fermé et je doit passer une autre fds. sans appareil,le nouveau technicien Lucas semble m ignorer .Mélodi offrait un meilleur service.
