From the front desk to the superb massages, every person here is courteous, professional yet personable in delivering programs of care specific to each individual client's needs. That's part of why I've been a regular 2x every month client of the Center's owner, experiencing much quality of life improvement in my recovery from an accident which caused significant spinal injury. (I'm a 13year success story of deep muscle massage benefit from two therapists.)

I would give Kelly 5 stars because I did enjoy my massage with her! She did a great job. Rating the Centre itself I would give 1 star. I was gifted a gift card with a monetary value (not a specific service) in Jan 2024. I didn’t realize it had a one year expiration date and tried to book this month. I reached out to Chris to ask if they could honor the gift card. She said they could honor half the amount.
