Ali gave me one of the best hot stone massages I’ve ever had. I feel completely relaxed and “dans les nuages” now! 1 Star Extremely disappointing experience. Around noon on Sunday the 12, I noticed there was a 3:00 PM appointment available, so I booked it online and paid in advance. I arrived at 2:55 PM, was greeted by name, completed the paperwork, and was told to wait for my massage therapist. Fifteen minutes went by, and nobody came. The receptionist eventually realized I was still sitting in the waiting area and went to check what was happening.
