I cannot recommend the services of Centre Sports & Spinal enough. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the reception staff and felt very welcomed. Cannot recommend Kane and the team at Centre Sports more. I have been suffering with degenerated discs and intermittent back pain for over 14 years. I was even recommended doing a spinal fusion and spent a lot of money on chiros for relief. It's unbelievable that with no Xrays or MRIs, Kane was able to diagnose that my core issue was not related to my back but rather a pelvic misalignment and therefore underutilisation of my glutes. I was not happy with my treatment as it didn’t resolve my issue but in fact made it worse (After 2 treatments and exercise in the course of 2 weeks). When I asked for a refund on the second session I got a phone call explaining to me how it was all correct and my expectation was wrong, rather than trying to address my issue. I’m going back to a physio that I trusted in the past and that actually resolves my pain.
Centre is very professionaly run, with receptionist staff friendly and efficient. Kane is my physiotherapist and I would rate him as the best I have encountered over the years. Besides being excellent with his treatment, his explanations make it totally clear as to the problem and the treatment. Highly recommended.
Went here with a sore and seized shoulder and I left feeling so so much better. Hadn't seen a massage therapist for a while after some bad experiences. Decided to try remidial with a physio and definitely recommend!!
