Jody is a sensational myotherapist. She really knows her stuff and puts that into practice with really beneficial treatment. Highly recommended!
Wow, what a find! Jodie was so precessional, caring and really listened to my body concerns. One treatment later and I’ve really found my person for any sport related injuries going forward.

Did not think much had happened until the next day. I felt so balanced. Then the day after I felt even better and then the one after that I felt perfect.
Jodie was lovely & welcoming, she listened to all of my concerns and covered everything in my treatment. From posture, aches and pains to needling my hands due to work.
