This past weekend May 1-4 2025 The Centre held a retreat / workshop in Bamfield. It was an adventure getting there on a small coastal frieghter out of P Alberni. It was set in West Bamfield (water access only), a perfect laid back setting on the gorgeous pacific coast of BC. In the 4 day program the facilitators, Jill & Collette led us through a series of workshops examining how our past unconscious beliefs hold us in life ruts.
