I've been with Desjardins when I was 14-18 free Bmo when i was 18-29 with a monthly fee yes, but Bmo has helped me in more ways than Desjardins. Bmo has trusted me financially more than Desjardins to prove myself to them, Yes I was paying a monthly fee with Bmo, but that also allowed me to use my card like a credit card to prove myself more with a PayPass also that Desjardins did not, and Bmo assisted me in ways when they saw who I am also. Desjardins is ok but not as much or as well as Bmo honestly. I would give a 3 star re... read more
Je conseille ce banque à personne. Des problèmes de compte bloqué tout le temps, pis en plus faut attendre au service à la clientèle pendant plus de deux heures pour finalement avoir aucune aide
Bravo, depuis les derniers mois j'ai pu constater une nette amélioration.Cepandant il faudrait peut être rapeller au jeunes demoiselles au comptoir qu'il est toujours plus approprié de garder le vouvoiement en toutes occasions surtout dans une institution financière.
