Purchased 2 IGO e-bikes totaling over $6,000 and I understand that IGO is bankrupt but when I needed a replacement controller they had no new controllers on hand but he did have a used one but was told that they want to keep it for a customer that they will also get labor from the repair. Sorry but I will never go there again to buy a bike. Buy local they say!
On a long distance bike ride from Toronto to St John’s , I stopped in here for a gear adjustment. Fantastic service by a knowledgeable bike mechanic. Happy happy!
Quand tu veut du bon service, ben cherche pas plus loin pis rend toi au Centre Du Cyclisme & Sport de Nigadoo. Un service très professionel, des prix incroyable pis tu fait affaire avec le proprietaire Roger qui t'écoute et repond a toute tes questions avec un smile honnête. En plus il y a plus de 300+ vélo en inventaire direct dans le magazin!
Roger not only came in on a holiday to help me fix my bike, he made sure to check in with me after to make sure everything ran smoothly! He totally went above and beyond to make sure I could get back on the road on my cycle tour. Thank you so much Roger!! - Maddy
