N'ALLEZ SURTOUT PAS LÀ. C'EST HORRIBLE. LA NOURRITURE EST INFECTE ET LE SERVICE HORRIBLE. ils ont osés doute à mon oncle de" pisser" dans sa couche au lieu de l'amener à la toilette! Eu il a toute sa tête.. il est juste avec des troubles cognitifs. C'est l'horreur

Mon père est au CHSLD depuis un an. Les employés s'occupent très bien de lui. Ils sont très aidants et amicaux.

Belle équipe au 4e étage qui fait la différence dans la vie des résidents qui y sont hébergés! Merci pour les bons soins donnés à ma mère par les préposés et infirmières et Khalid qui l’a fait bien rire et prend merveilleusement bien soin d’elle!💖 Un gros merci particulier à Chantal Lemay (chef d’unité du 4e étage) qui se distingue par son dévouement, son professionnalisme et son empathie.

I cannot say enough good things about this residence, the staff...are fabulous!!! Out of this world, my mom is on the 6th floor and everyone of the folks working there give so much of themselves, this is not a job to them, but a vocation. Never short of a smile, conversing with the residents, helping residents with so many different things, always with respect, and always with compassion. Also have to say interactions with other staff, front desk, Kitchen, social workers, volunteers, etc. are beyond expectations. Bravo Team ... read more
