Il y a une odeur extrêmement écoeurante, près de la cuisine et des ascenseurs, on dirait que quelqu'un a vomi tout le long du corridor... J'ai vu que quelqu'un a rédigé un commentaire similaire au mien, il y a de cela 2 ans! Il serait important que le problème soit adressé, car des mauvaises odeurs affectent l'expérience des résidents, des proches aidants et des employé.es. If I could give this place a zero, I would. Not enough services to offer, my grandmother is staying there and they constantly neglect her and when she complains she’s in pain and we ask them to move her, they say no because they don’t have any other staff available. Very sad knowing my grandmother has to stay there and she has no help whatsoever. The staff is very rude as well. Wish I could remove her from this home. Truly saddening
