Working with Jen and Gabe through the Mind Body Optimization program has changed my life and has been such an incredible experience. I had truly a great experience with Melina at Centre solution Sante Laval. From the moment I walked in everyone was so friendly and helpful. The naturopath Melina took her time to listen to my concerns and create me a personalized treatment plan that addressed my specific needs. She was extremely professional, and informative.
