I got a gift certificate for a "full experience" a while ago, but because of corona, only their massages and "press therapy" services are offered. Went in there with my "full experience" certificate which more than 3/4 of it couldn't be fulfilled and not only did they not compensate for the difference, I had to pay extra for "price adjustments" or some nonsense.
