An older gentleman at the cash was rude, impatient and overall nasty towards us. He rushed us and was sarcastic and being rough with our items as to prove his impatience and lack of respect. Very uncalled for and disrespectful. We wanted to come here regularly because we find it fun but with the staff we no longer feel comfortable shopping. as we say the negative we must mention the positive also😉 I want to talk about Leila who takes care of the sale of the bales a real diamant very patient ,very fast and professional , me and the other customers are always amazed by her customer service which goes beyond imagination we are lucky to have her as a super saleswoman🤗 and Renaissance is lucky to have her as an employee🏆 five stars for Leila
