Awful, no knowledge of passport picture requirements, was refused at passport canada at an urgency application, will return for a refund and let them know they are incompetent
Got a passport photo taken here. Owner is super helpful and very nice
Staff at Passport Canada told me that there’s a shadow in the passport photos and if they refuse the photos, they’d be calling me. The shadow looks visible to me as well. It looks to me to be the poor quality of colors compared to the passport photos taken at Jean Coutu. Just thought I’d share this information.
