2026. They seemed so sweet at first and they called my friend once they saw she had had a meeting with a detective to inform her they were there if she needed/wanted anything. Loved that for her, it seemed great. A few weeks later she gives them a call to tell them she has an appointment and that she would like her present if possible. Fermé la fin de semaine…10-14 jours pour un retour d’appel… on se présente en personne nous font attendre dans le corridor!! Bravo!! Bravo!!

Quel mauvais service d'une intervenante à l'évaluation j'ai obtenu de cette organisation le 1er mai 2024 et aucune empathie... Et dire que cela s'appelle "Centre d'aide aux victimes d'actes criminels". J'ai obtenu de biens meilleurs services auprès d'un agent de la Sureté du Québec, empathie comprise...
