We've had a couple of interactions with the office of the Centre Co. Treasurer, and they were puzzling. The Treasurer herself, Ms. Kennedy, seems very kind & efficient. But her secretary or assistant, Diane, is not. We had applied for a lifetime dog license for our pure bred puppy. First Diane called us to challenge our address information: she adamantly insisted that we must have PO Box, instead of a regular mailbox, as if we were blind or stupid and we did not even know our own house or USPS mail delivery setting.
