Our agency uses Centrav exclusively for our air bookings. Their staff is amazing. Even through COVID they made sure that all of our clients got 100% of their money back! Even if it took months for the airlines to deliver, they were with us every step of the way! We love you Centrav! Clients for life!
Our travel agency uses Centrav exclusively for air only bookings and we are very happy with them except that we do not like that they bill separately for their service fee and our commission instead of including it in one billing. That allows the client to know what our commission/service charge is.
Unfortunately Centrav's customer service lacks experience and professionalism. Have been a B2B customer for a wile now, and their service seems to be on the decline. Really frustrating whenever you need support and are unable to receive it.

I will no longer be doing business with Centrav due to them not refunding service fees on flights that the airlines canceled...which was no fault of my clients. What "service" did they get when they couldn't even take the flight during this crisis? Very disappointed and will be warning travel agents! We've all had to sacrifice profits/commissions to do what was right by my clients. Shame on Centrav.

RecommendedThrough the thick and thin of this crazy time, Centrav has been there for Fitzgerald Travel every.step.of.the.way. Clients can get tense, advisors can get tense but Centrav has held it all together, taken the high road and helped me, my clients and my colleagues out greatly during these times and continue to do so as we establish our new normal. This company is the worst and I strongly advise people to book their own ticket (even if it is slightly more) rather than using this company. Booked an international business class ticket with them, per the recommendation of my travel agent. The savings was about $30 from my booking the same ticket myself. Canceled on March 2 because of work related reasons (not Covid). We were told they were slammed and the were only working on tickets that were departing in the next 3 days. I wanted to share my most recent CenTrav experience. I was able to get through to CenTrav on the phone late last week. The hold time was around 20 minutes (not bad at all). Sheila picked up and was AMAZING in helping me get all of the options together for my travelers. She even was able to let me go and end our call to not keep me on hold while she contacted the airlines for me (There were 2 involved with my traveler's ticket).
