Zero stars here. Waited a week for my mattress delivery "between 1 and 5pm". Who gives a four hour window? Is it 1990? I took off work and waited and waited, they showed up at 5:40 pm, after two calls telling me they'd be here between 4-5 and by 5:30. Complained to Saatva.

Called a few days before with a day of delivery, then called a half hour before arrival, no problems at all. Scheduling and delivery guys both very polite.

If I could give less than one star I would. This is a 3rd party delivery company that was used by Home Depot. We still haven’t gotten our order that we were told would come on 3/19. Once we could finally make contact, we were told it would be delivered on 4/12. Never was and never heard a thing. Then we were told 4/16. Still not here, still no communication. One of the worse shipping/delivery company. Not really the drivers fault... if they're delivery or picking up a furniture. dont you think they would carry some sort of tools just in case they need it to assemble or disassembled? Also I wasn't home during the pickup my brother was and he had the worse customer experience with a dispatcher who was very rude.
