I write everything in a word doc and copy and paste to central reach because I have lost my notes/reports more times than I can count. It doesn’t do the math correctly for targets. I often have to export data to excel to actually be able to analyze the graphs. It’s extremely glitchy. As the day goes on, it continuously gets slower. They NEVER have helpful solutions.
Terrible data collection service, never works, very difficult to use, contacting support is almost impossible. Use something else.
Never works when it is supposed to. Worst data collection platform in the history of data collection platforms. I'd rather chisel data into my forearm with a rusty screwdriver than have to literally pause services for hours, multiple times per week. I should do paper data then, you say? Then why is my company paying you the big money to do your job when you don't do your job? Lost data, lost reports, we were better off with Catalyst. If a company pays you to do your job, you should do it. Sick of all this.
Deniz was the worst. If I was in charge, I wouldn't have hired her.
