Service is horrible. I have called them at least 25 times in the past month to get one glass pane/window replaced. They deferred all of the phone calls to a salesman and no one ever calls back. The admin promises certain people will call you back but they never call. This company is obviously not interested in my business. Instead, it seems more interested in larger sales placing profits over helping people.
Fast unloading. 20 minutes tops.
Easy to get to. You see Central Woodwork, but It's all the same, just a different department. Pull in go to the back, and you'll see Cenwood Appliance Shipping/ Receiving door. See pics....
