I opened up an account here I'm African American. The bank manager was not friendly or fond of me when she seen me come in and open up an account. Then I gave to cash a check she made sure she verified it and went through all these measures to make sure it was legit. If I was a white person who walked up with a check I bet it would of been fine. I will not be coming back to this location only to the location in plover staff there is nice. Always a pleasant experience!
I've been a member at Central for 15 years. All of the staff have been absolutely wonderful and always helpful. It's great to see that there's not a lot of turnover like other credit unions. That right there speaks for itself!!!
