Claim 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed on website but refused to do anything about the garbage nic salt they are selling. It smells like an ashtray and tastes like an actual cigarette. I've been making my own ejuice for over 10 years and have used nicotine concentrate from several vendors over the years. Due to my main supplier no longer selling, I decided to order from here because they have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. After contacting them, they said their nicotine is not guaranteed... Claim 100% Satisfaction Guarantee but refused to do anything about the wretched tasting nic salt they pawned off on me. Bottle wasn't even sealed so they are buying it elsewhere and just pouring it into bottles and slapping their label on it. BUYER BEWARE... This nicotine has a terrible taste even at 5mg/ml concentrations. I can only imagine how nasty it would be for someone mixing it at 20-30mg/ml.

The priduct is very goog but their shipping is the worst I've ever seen, I placed an order December 15th and here it is January 2nd and I still have not received my order and this is not the first time I've had this problem! I could have gotten it quicker from China! 😂🤬

The experience has been fantastic, the only place I shop! A few years ago, I found Central Vapors by chance and decided to try them. So thankful that I did, every experience has been fantastic, and the products are verified authentic and have scratch code to verify. I could go on, the point is, I couldn't be happier with Central Vapors and recommend them to all my friends who vape. The vape juices taste fantastic, the quality is consistent, and the response time for the one time I contact customer support was speedy.

Central Vapors were shipping behind, so I had a bit of a wait to receive my order. When it was received, I was sent the wrong items. When I contacted them, they were courteous and shipped my replacement items out. The issue is they shipped it 2-7 days USPS. It's been day 2 and I have no tracking info. I called in to report this, and asked why they would ship my replacement items out and not rush them. Told them I would think they would want to correct their mistake ASAP.
