I purchased a geek ape 200l from them on 7/29/24 and on 9/15/24 the button to latch the battery door closed fell off after calls and emails I finally got though on the the phone to ask how they handle this and they only have a thirty day warranty and wouldn’t give me info on manufacture for warranty. Beware when buying here!!!! I’m finding a new place to purchase my vaping needs!!!
Ordered vape juice which was horrible but i order 2 differnt vape pods a tfv8 and v12 ,they sent two v12 and no tfv8 so called and sent the tfv8 in a plain box no extra gaskets or o rings and it was supposed to 3 coils with it and all got was the one in the pod and im not sure but i think it was used. Im done with these ppl trying to pull a fast one so stay away!!! I've ordered from Central Vapors probably 8 times now. All around 3,000ml. I've never had a bad experience with them. One time an accrued discount didn't work in my favor and I emailed them about it and they immediately made it right. I'll continue to get all of my e-liquid from CentralVapor, and recommend them to all of my friends.
I've bought from their website numerous times. They have absolutely horrible customer service! I've received a bad product from them twice. The first time they refunded my money, but with my most recent purchase, they would only offer me a 25% off coupon code for my next purchase, even though they admit the product was probably damaged during delivery. Wow the biggest scammers of all time. They paid people for these good reviews. I purchased 6 novo4s and some juice after looking at the good reviews. After awhile i noticed something was unusually wrong with all the products. I found out the vape leakes the juice and the vape it self lasted a couple days before not working at all. And this happened to ALL 6.. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND HEADACHE AND DONT AFFILIATE URSELF WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL. Youre welcome
I have been ordering from this website for over a year now ever since I stopped smoking cigarettes and fist ordered the sample pack so I know what I liked then mostly bulk ejuice and coil purchases. I normally purchase e-liquid and vape equipment from other stores, but I randomly came across this website, and I am very satisfied with my first order. Their prices were very fair, and I saved a good amount from making my purchase on Central Vapors over using my normal website. I placed a juice order last week, and received the most disgusting product a few days later. The juice I received is black, unusable and obviously ancient! I called and spoke to a girl, sent her a text/picture of the defective product, as she asked, and she did not return my call.
