I was referred to Alicia for my refinance and from the very first text asking if she could assist me, to the very end at signing the paperwork, it was an extremely smooth, professional and easy process with excellent communication from her. Alicia is very knowledgeable, thorough, and explains each and every step. At times, issues can arise during any loan, and a few came up with mine.
