I love the people in the bank! Very sweet and helpful! However, every time I have called with issue during the Weekend no one is available. I work on front lines during virus and cant get help. My stimulus package has been denied 9 times because the IRS doesn't recognize this bank among many other sights venmo& zelle. I wanted a small bank to communicate easier. I'm a single mom and just need answers or help. I was hung up on by Alicia. Dont get me wrong the people in the branch are wonderful! Calling center is not. They shu... read more
