I love the people in the bank! Very sweet and helpful! However, every time I have called with issue during the Weekend no one is available. I work on front lines during virus and cant get help. My stimulus package has been denied 9 times because the IRS doesn't recognize this bank among many other sights venmo& zelle. I wanted a small bank to communicate easier. We have been conducting business with CVCB for over 10 years. I highly recommend working with them as they provide the most professional and personal customer service. They are dedicated to making sure the customer comes first and i always enjoy coming to their office and seeing the staff. They make a point of getting to know you and i trust and appreciate their guidance of our business.
