Everyone there is very professional, friendly and helpful!!
The online banking is so efficient and easy. I don’t even have paper checks anymore, and the people in the Prather branch are so friendly and helpful.
DO NOT BANK HERE, this bank allowed for over $1,300 to be withdrawn from my account and refused to give my money back. They also have a 6 month policy on filing your claim. It is SO difficult to access their online banking that I did not notice in time. Never got my money back and was argued with about the fraudulent withdrawals.
