Had a very unfavorable reveiw looks like it was removed somehow. SMH if you only take compliments how can you improve your service to be favorable for everyone not just the ones who give you 4 plus stars.Been with VCB since I was 18 and Im now 60 this change over to CWB is like changing to the cartoon network very dissatisfied and disappointed !!!
I have only used the ATM, there is a big parking lot, no pedestrian traffic so safer to transact your business. Probably nice and modern inside. Probably go in sometime. They also have a top notch fraud detection department plus some very nice customer service representatives that get the job done. Been a customer since the bank was VCB over 40 years ago on Mooney by big 5.
Very friendly personnel quick and helpful with all our problems
This bank is trash. Nobody ever answers the phone, staff is lazy and incompetent. Bank somewhere else because this is not the place to bank.
No drive thru no tellers u walk in and wait for someone to take you to their cubicle it's very time consuming and parking is crazy their ATM was 9ut for 2 weeks and wouldn't even consider reimbursement for having to a pay a fee to use another banks atm not professional
