I have been banking with CVCB for more than 10 years. It is definitely a different experience than going with one of the big banks. I love the small town experience, the way the ladies know their customers, them going the extra mile to resolve their customers' problems, their contagious humor. I go there once a week, at the end of my workweek, and it always makes for good time to end the workday. I wholeheartedly recommend it for your banking needs.
This is by far the most enjoyable bank I have ever dealt with in my 69 years. Not only is it efficiently run and assures you all the amenities of any bank twice it's size, the employee's go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and well cared for. I always feel well respected and no business I may bring is too big or too small. I may add that when I have had to seek help from the people outside this branch, I have received the same welcoming and efficient care. I just wanna help folks save their time. I came here to setup our business accounts for a new company and the bank is just not user friendly as far as efficiency. Sadly, we'll be closing our business account their today because they just were not able to pull their weight in the support department. From the get go, it has been one thing after another to get things up and running with them. They just can't seem to get it right, from the account setup, debit card setup and online banking setup. Central Valley Community Bank in Oakhurst has the most helpful, friendly staff of any bank I’ve ever been to. They take the time to make sure your questions are answered accurately. I’ll be returning because of their outstanding customer service and financial services.
If they like you you’ve got it made. I didn’t personally have an acc. But my mom did and we were in all the time the girls are wonderful and it was always a easy quick visit
