Customer service is on point, actual service is not. Outages very common, recovery time not timely, speed inconsistent trending on the incredibly slow side and the pricing does not match the actual service you get. Unless you have no other option for internet (including getting a hotspot from a major carrier), then get CVB. Internet once and a while is better than no internet at all, though it definitely feels like there is no internet when you want it.

After 3 months, not quite there $199.95 for standard installation (one time fee). $59.95 monthly charge (month-to-month, no minimum commitment) for 1 Mbps/512 kbps, unlimited bandwidth and "Local" IP. Central Valley Broadband (CVB) offers a good value-per-dollar service; however, my connection still had problems. The IP address is neither a static IP nor a dynamic IP.
