Central Transport deliver driver decided to unload a large TOP HEAVY shipment of ours at a client site by himself with a pallet jack and a lift gate and it fell off the liftgate causing ~$10,000 of damage to the item. We did not request a lift gate nor shipper unloading. They have been unresponsive to insurance claims.

Driver waa extremely rude from the start. Unfortunately could not load our package in the truck due to forklift issues. He came back the next day demanding a new bol saying he threw the old one away. When a generic bol was brought to him he took one look. He said thats not a bill of lading and started swearing and storming to his truck and left. Package still has not been picked up.
