Had a Home Depot order delivered. The driver was very prompt and helped me move a very heavy order to the back of the house.
I contacted customer service to track a shipment. Since I did not have a tracking number, I provided the recipient’s name and ZIP code. After spelling the recipient’s name multiple times, the representative stated she could not locate the shipment. I requested to speak with another agent, as I believed the information may have been entered incorrectly, but she refused to transfer the call. She then placed me on hold and never returned. Our supplier sent us a partial batch to help with the backorder. Central Transport completely failed. They left our freight buried in a trailer at the destination instead of delivering it. Despite repeated calls to those incompetent freight haulers- no good result. SAVE YOURSELF TIME, MONEY, HEADACHE. use anyone but central non-transport
