There is a reason central is cheap and how half of my customers refuse to work with them. they suck, unreliable, their communication is terrible especially this location in CT. It was 88 miles from shipper to receiver in CT and Central is so pathetic its been week and its still not delivered. They are incompetent morons that work there
Truck driver did not show up. Told Cheshire dispatch that he did not show up and then the dispatch refuses to help us because it’s the end of the day. We had to haul 12 pallets back up .. this is 2nd time this has happened with this terminal.
