The service was extremely poor, and the shipping and delivery delays were unusual. I shipped 12 pallets from Michigan to Raleigh, North Carolina, and it took over 8 days for delivery. Their prices are exorbitant. I do not recommend dealing with them, and their responses were irresponsible. This delay caused me significant financial losses because my company is tied to customer orders, and no one cares. They set the delivery schedule without any regard for the value of time. Beware of dealing with them.😡
