One of the worst freight lines to deal with. 1 pallet has taken 2 weeks to move from NJ to FL which should be 3-4 days. I sat on hold for 20 mins waiting for their customer service to pick up, gave them the pro# to lookup, then the call was immediately disconnected. Even when they're not holding a pallet for over a week, their transit times are consistently 2-3 days longer than other freight carriers.
Central Transport, Scott was incredibly helpful and professional, using a forklift to safely and efficiently load my pallet into the truck. Excellent service and a smooth, stress-free experience—highly recommend!
By far, the worst experience. Central has lost our shipment for the past 5 days and no one at any particular position has been able to let us know where is our shipment. No response. Playing with people's livelihood and having no care to even try to fix the situation. Insane.
