By far one of the most frustrating freight delivery experiences I’ve had. I received a call early Thursday morning to schedule my pallet delivery for Friday. Since someone has to be home to accept a freight delivery, I took the entire day off and rearranged my schedule specifically to receive it. Friday came and went with NO delivery and no proactive communication letting me know there was a problem. I had to call the company myself and sit on hold forever, only to finally be told that my pallet was still in another city and... read more
I had a delivery this month. The communication from the company could have been better. The delivery driver, Brandon Moss was EXCELLENT. He was very on time and kept us updated on our delivery, and came on time and delivered it right where we needed it.
Truck came down a no threw truck street on nw 27thplace coming from home depot on July 16th around 3:54 pm
One of the worst freight lines to deal with. 1 pallet has taken 2 weeks to move from NJ to FL which should be 3-4 days. I sat on hold for 20 mins waiting for their customer service to pick up, gave them the pro# to lookup, then the call was immediately disconnected. Even when they're not holding a pallet for over a week, their transit times are consistently 2-3 days longer than other freight carriers.
Central Transport, Scott was incredibly helpful and professional, using a forklift to safely and efficiently load my pallet into the truck. Excellent service and a smooth, stress-free experience—highly recommend!
