New management has really improved service and quality.
I’ve been working at Central Transport for a little over two years now it’s a good working environment and a good place to work, managers and supervisors are professional and do what they can to help us dock workers/drivers, everyone’s friendly if you need help someone’s always there to help you, we make sure every customer gets there freight in one piece and looking just how it left the shipper.
This company is complete trash. Was contacted yesterday to schedule a time for delivery. That time was today from 10-12. You think after I took the day off work I've even heard from this company? Nope!!! I called them and waited another 30min just be told their drivers truck needs maintenance. Did they offer to reschedule? Apologize? NOTHING!! Still don't have my product, and mind you I've paid this company almost 600 bucks. Run from this absolute JOKE of a business. I'm surprised they even have 2 stars...
