If you can avoid using them, you should. Incredibly unprofessional. Missed sending the delivery multiple days in a row. When you call for help they just say there’s nothing they can do and that I should have called earlier… like the day or two before the delivery was scheduled… based off what? Maybe I should have just known they’d screw up the delivery and called in advance.
Day two of waiting for a delivery. I wish this company didn't exist. If I'd known they would be so bad I would have just gone and picked it up myself. I've now re-arranged two days waiting for the delivery, and it most likely won't make it here today either. If you can avoid it, which I'm not sure is possible, don't use these guys. And don't believe anything they say.
Central transport is best as LTL shipping
Cannot make a pickup to save their lives. Have had 3 straight days of rescheduling our shipments, and had to resort to a using a 1st mile carrier.
Worst delivery service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered something not to my primary residence and waited 7 hours with 2 babies for the stupid delivery. We missed naps, we missed meals, we got stuck in rush hour trying to get home. I called twice during our wait and was told our time could not be adjusted but was reassured they were on time and then that they were 10min away, both of which were false.
