I picked up a will call and everything was fine. They were even open on a holiday. I'm surprised at all the bad reviews, my experience was great. This place is so massive that I see thousands of mistake potentials, and a mad customer is far more likely to leave a review. I think they do great 99% of the time. I'll use them again.
I am like the majority here that if I could give no stars I would Order arrived in Salt Lake City Utah on July the 21st. We live 3 hours south of that. It is now the 28th. I have called them and after being on hold and transferred around for 37 minutes all the could tell me it was indirect and they did not know where it was or when it would be delivered. They have sent me to 2 emails with status update that goes to we cant track your delivery. I don't know why anyone would use this company as it would reflect on them.
How can this company remain in business? We are now going on 5 missed pickups and despite us clearly saying our hours in the original shipment request, they keep sending out people after hours. We used to do a lot of business with them, but stopped and now we have a vendor that we ship to that insists on using them and it is clear they have not gotten better, in fact I would say they've gotten worse over the last 3-4 years.
On hold for 25 minutes just to get transferred and put on hold again for another 20 minutes....all just to schedule a delivery...just deliver it like every other transport company in existence.
If you can avoid using them, you should. Incredibly unprofessional. Missed sending the delivery multiple days in a row. When you call for help they just say there’s nothing they can do and that I should have called earlier… like the day or two before the delivery was scheduled… based off what? Maybe I should have just known they’d screw up the delivery and called in advance.
