I've used this company over the years. Sometimes they are slow but they’ve never lost or damaged my freight ever. Cut them a little slack, truck freight isn’t like UPS or FedEx!
The worst of the worst. They damaged thousands of dollars’ worth of equipment and then denied the freight damage claim. The pallets were already destroyed before they were even unloaded from the truck. On top of the obvious damage, there was concealed damage to multiple units caused by pallets being improperly loaded and pushed against each other. Great place to work
Anyone else is better. This is the lowest tier of service you could possibly expect.
Do not do business with these people. Absolute worst carrier, customer service.. package was held up in hub for 3 days. Do not use these people!!!
