Great place to work
Anyone else is better. This is the lowest tier of service you could possibly expect.
Do not do business with these people. Absolute worst carrier, customer service.. package was held up in hub for 3 days. Do not use these people!!!
Hands down the worst shipping company I have ever dealt with. Save yourself time and money, find someone else to work with.
We were supposed to receive a package from them a week ago and every day I check their site and it gets pushed out another day. When I email to inquire on the delays they just respond saying they facing shipping backlogs. It should not take 2 weeks to get something from Sacramento, CA to Reno, NV (the package is now in Southern California where it has sat for 4-5 days).
