Customer service hangs up on you when trying to figure out when a delay delivery will actually be delivered.
Worst customer service ever. I've been on hold for more than 20min. This is a constant issue, specially when trying to set up freight pick ups (if they show up...).
If I could I would rate them less horrible customer service.
I would recommend anyone besides Central Transport. No communication because they are only an “inbound call center.” It’s difficult to imagine a company as large as Central Transport not having the ability to make a phone call to advise a delivery won’t happen.
While Central Transport offered seemingly competitive rates to secure our business, we have experienced significant issues upon delivery. These issues include receiving unexpected extra charges, sometimes exceeding double the original quote, without clear justification. Furthermore, we have experienced problems with unexplained reweighs and unacceptable delivery delays that can span months.
