Stay away, spent over 10 years here and they tossed me out like garbage. Managers beware, customers find a better carrier that cares. Penny pinchers, no home life, I’m surprised they haven’t gone under yet. Best in class 😂😂😂😂😂 what a joke
They worst customer service , worst service ever.I do have multi fulfillment business with Amazon.Believe me , it's good for nothing.I don't know why I took this company.By default amazon don't let me select any other carrier.My 3rd shipment with them they canceled 6 times sechedule.We spend many hours to ready the shipment , wait for days and driver never showed up.Driver lied to customer service , again and again that they called us or came and see the place is closed.Its cold hearted piece of crap company.Never recommend ... read more
The driver almost made us crash with an unsafe lane change. I don't know what the rush was doing at least 70 on the fwy. Do better
They are the worst of the worst I paid $549 for a package they said that it would take 3 to 5 days to get to my house 15 days passed and my order showed a delay every day I decided to call to pick it up I myself came to the terminal and they did not want to give me my package because they had to confirm some papers that is the most absurd thing I heard come back the next day because someone from the customer service called me that I could already pick up the package at 7:00 am I came at 8:00 am and they told me that the Offi... read more
