Called to see when our shipment would be delivered and she said between 9-10. Then called at 11 said 30 min and then 1 1/2 hours later he show up. When I called dispatch they said someone could help us unload as now we didn't have anyone here and the guy was rude and said I'm not touching any forklift and to figure it out. DON"T USE IF YOU DON"T NEED TOO!!

I must be the only one that had a positive experience with these guys. I had 4 skids coming from Detroit and they showed up to my warehouse in Appleton literally the next morning. I couldn't believe it. And everything was in great shape. My pro# didn't tell me if it stopped at any other terminals but I'm gonna assume it at least went here before it got delivered to me. So my one and only experience was fantastic as the rate was comparable to the other low budget carriers.
