Scam by Central transport services for shipping freight across multiple states fell short of expectations, initially they offered competitive pricing to secure the shipment, but the final bills were significantly higher than estimated. in some cases the bills increased by 100-300% resulting in substantial additional costs. for instance some bills started at $105 but ended up been $375 for extra fees such as dimensions and classifications changes, without clear justification. potential customers should be aware of this potent... read more
I would not recommend using this company, they will switch billing on uship and Re invoice double to triple the rate, i’ve had a lot better luck with Dayton freight. They are a little more expensive but they don’t invoice additional extras to jack up the invoice. The additional ones that were invoiced on top were stating it was a residential address when the zoning map states it as plan used development and the driver saying it’s no big deal to use the liftgate when there’s a forklift on site in an extra $183 bill for that
The drivers are unprofessional. Swiped right in at home Depot and got ignorant with me about it.
Worst deliver company ever! Their tracking system is from the stone age and gives out inaccurate information. The customer service is a joke! Don’t use this shipping company ever!
(2018) I applied with the company and was told that I’m not a good candidate for the position. I have seven years of driving experience with all clean records and I actually ran freight on a dedicated account for this company via another contractor. I called and spoke with the recruiting department and asked to be given a chance, because I’m qualified and this would be a great company to retire from.
