Cops and fire department is always there, it smells like cigarette smoke inside the building.
NOT A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE! IN THE LAST SIX WEEKS COPS TOOK THREE MEN OUT IN HANDCUFFS.. SMOKE STINKS MOST OF TIME. ITS NO SMOKRING BUILDING, BUT THEY DONT CARE, THEY JUST WANT THE RENT MONEY! IT USE TOO BE A NICE PLACE TOO LIVE NOW ITS GOING TOO HELL!!!
